Proposing a constitutional amendment providing for the creation of the centennial parks conservation fund.
It establishes a Trust Fund for managing Texas park properties outside of the State Treasury. A purported billion dollars. The entire Bexar delegation voted for this bill (minus Rep Dorazio).

What a great birthday present to give all Texans for the state parks system’s 100th.”
