Filing started Saturday, Nov 11, 2023 at the BCDP Headquarters 1844 Fredericksburg Rd. and closes Monday, Dec 11, 2023 at 6:00pm sharp. - Special remaining Saturday times for all primary filing at BCDP Headquarters are: Dec 2, & 9 from 10am - 4pm. - All other days BCDP is open from 10am to 6pm
